Summary
InfAssist runs on your device. We do not operate a server for the app, we do not
have user accounts, and we do not receive, store or sell your data. There are no
advertisements, no analytics and no tracking SDKs in the app. (The marketing website is separate — see section 9.)
1. What stays on your device
Everything you work with in the app is stored in a database on your phone only:
messages and reply drafts, deals, deliverables and proof links, bookings, link
bundles, personas, notification settings, and the language you choose. We cannot
see it. It is removed when you uninstall the app.
- On iOS, the operating system may include app data in your device or iCloud backups according to your own device settings.
- Your OpenAI key (Pro, see below) is kept in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore, not in the database.
- The app ships with fictional sample data so you can try it. It is not real information about anyone.
2. What the app does not do
- It does not log in to, read, or send from your Instagram, e-mail or any other social account. Replying opens your mail app or Instagram with the text prepared, and you press send yourself.
- It does not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera.
- It does not create an account with us and does not ask for your name or e-mail.
3. Third parties that receive data
The app contacts the services below directly from your device. We do not sit in
between and do not receive a copy.

The typefaces used in the interface are bundled inside the app, so no font provider is contacted.
4. On-device features you trigger
- Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a push server.
- Copy to clipboard happens only when you tap a reply button.
- Calendar export (Pro) creates a file that you share yourself through the system share sheet.
- Opening Instagram or your mail app happens only when you tap the button.
- Siri / launcher shortcuts (Pro) read the same on-device database to answer you; nothing leaves the device for this.
5. Legal bases and your rights (EEA, UK, Turkey, and similar laws)
Because we do not collect or hold your personal data, there is generally nothing
for us to access, correct, export or delete. You control your data directly: you
can edit or delete items inside the app, remove your OpenAI key in Profile, and
delete everything by uninstalling the app. For data held by OpenAI, Google or
Google Play, please contact those companies. Where processing
by these services is needed to provide a feature you request, it is based on
performing the service you asked for (and, for OpenAI, on you choosing to enter
your own key).

right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
6. Children
InfAssist is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law
sets that age), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Security
Data lives in your device's app sandbox, and your API key in the system's secure
storage. Connections to third parties use HTTPS.
8. Changes
If we change this policy — for example if we add a feature that connects to an
outside service — we will update this page and the effective date, and the app
will not start sending new kinds of data without the policy describing it.
9. This website
The InfAssist website (this site) is separate from the app. It uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits
in aggregate: page views, the referring page, country, and device/browser type. It sets no cookies, does not
build a profile of you across sites and does not store your IP address in a way that identifies you. The site is
hosted by Vercel. The app itself contains no analytics.
